El curso aborda el cruce entre Derecho y Literatura, concebido como un espacio de intersecci\u00f3n que cuestiona los l\u00edmites r\u00edgidos de la dogm\u00e1tica jur\u00eddica. Su propuesta combina una base te\u00f3rica s\u00f3lida con el an\u00e1lisis de obras literarias, donde emergen dilemas \u00e9tico-jur\u00eddicos, tensiones entre justicia y poder, rupturas con saberes tradicionales y la evocaci\u00f3n de memorias de violencia colectiva.<\/em><\/p>\n
