Lo hizo en el Panel 2.22 &#8211; Institutional powers vs. institutional actors: problems in the theory and practice of constitutional democracy, con una exposici\u00f3n sobre \u00abAlternancia en el poder y reelecciones en Am\u00e9rica latina en la era de la democracia digital\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La Conferencia Anual 2025 se llev\u00f3 a cabo del 28 al 30 de julio de 2025 en Brasilia, Brasil, y se titul\u00f3 \u201cEn la encrucijada del derecho p\u00fablico: igualdad, emergencia clim\u00e1tica y democracia en la era digital \u201d.
